Come along to this creative writing event led by Sandra Falconer. You will make a sensory exploration of food and produce poetry or a short piece of prose using your five senses.

Sandra Falconer is a local poet and writer of short fiction. She took up creative writing in retirement and has been published on several online sites and in print. She is a member of Thriving Women, a group of poets who campaign against poverty and injustice and whose latest anthology from this group will be launched at the Crossing the Tees literary festival in June 2024.
This workshop is FREE and can accommodate 15 Adults.
Priority will be given to Middlesbrough residents (postcodes TS1 to TS9).

Venue: Supper Room at St Barnabas Church Hall, TS5 6JR (The building is fully accessible. It has a free car park and is close to a bus stop on Linthorpe Road).
Light refreshments will be served.
There will be the option for participant’s writing to be included in the Recipe Book and in the exhibition for the final celebration event on 26.09.24.
