In this workshop 2 different sketchbooks will be created that can then be used as  nature art journals and/or recipe notebooks/sketchbooks at a later date. Using brushes and staining papers with natural inks made in the grocery kitchen, this foundation will allow for interesting layering and drawing techniques to be applied to create exciting textures and shapes. This session allows for individual creative expression through mark making, drawing mediums and the skill of page preparation whilst being inspired by the beautiful season produce.

Imagine big beautiful prints, swatches and rubbings to create an exploration of a pudding or a gorgeous salad incorporating fresh and dried fruits with natural spices. These can be photographed and scanned to create exciting imagery for exhibition and recipe pages to share with others.
