The Diocese of York is a vibrant community of nearly 600 churches and 121 schools, serving 1.5 million people with a shared vision to Live Christ’s Story. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Bishop of Whitby, the Right Reverend Barry Hill, in his dynamic local and national ministry.

The role is based in Stainton near Middlesbrough, and is full time with some flexibility in working patterns. Expressions of interest in a job share are also welcome. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 10th September 2025.
